Durham's college system already does half the job of a fraternity: a small home inside a big institution, with rituals and alumni attached. What it does not do is organise students around a profession.

We are building the founding team for a Durham chapter — most likely Alpha Kappa Psi, given how many Durham students go into finance, consulting and law.

Founders here would inherit an unusually receptive campus culture and an alumni network that already believes in belonging.
